Job Description Aim of the position: First point of contact for the client. Provide post-sales service to an assigned market or group of clients. Dealing with client queries, running regular client reports, training clients on the relevant Nielsen Ad Intel services and supporting the team to deliver excellent client satisfaction. Supporting and assisting in the management of client accounts, and continuing the high levels of service set out by the Ad Intel Client Service and Delivery team.
