3–5 years of experience in Operations, Compliance, or Finance within Financial Services (Brokerage, Banking, or Fintech) Strong understanding of capital markets, AML regulations, and regulatory reporting Knowledge of Polish tax reporting (including PIT-8C) Fluent Polish and excellent English (C1) Nice to have:
