What we expect 5 years building production software.
Strong backend engineering experience with C# and .NET.
Ability to work comfortably in a codebase that includes frontend/UI layers when needed.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Cloud knowledge is required;
AWS is preferred.
Git is required.
Nice to have CI/CD ownership experience.
Docker/container-based workflows.
Experience in platform or shared-services teams.
Tooling AI-assisted development is supported in daily work.
