Responsibilities: Configure, enhance, and support a range of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent) based on business needs.
Partner with HR digital (BA) team to help design business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes.
Maintain clean documentation, design specs, and support materials following internal development standards.
